Your post really inspires me. I have spent most of the first six days of this year in a bad mood, and everything came to a head today when Kiko bolted 50 metres away from me and ran out into the road. He wasn't hurt, thank God, but he could have been killed. I've been on a huge adrenalin rush ever since. For most of last year I was in a bleary fug but today's shock has cleared my mind and made me see life in perspective again. I am just so thankful to the universe that everything is OK. Life is so short and precious. I don't want grumpy to be my default state. This is so true. Your post really inspires me.
