Heather tagged me for this one, and it is exactly the kind of meme I like: one where I get to recycle old posts and don’t have to come up with any new material. Woo hoo!!! Here’s how it goes:
It’s the My Post Meme!
**The Rules**
Post about the meme and link back to the person who tagged you.Go back through your archives and link to your five favorite posts.
*Link One: must be about family.
*Link Two: must be about friends
*Link Three: must be about yourself
*Link Four: must be about something you love
*Link Five: can be anything you choose.Tag 5 other people (2 being people you would like to get to know better)
Family: This one, about my trip to visit my extended family in Kansas in July, seems appropriate: Family Ties.
Friends: In looking over my posts, it was interesting to see that while I mention my friends a lot, I don’t write posts about friendship very often. I’ll have to rectify that, as my friends are a huge part of my life, a constant source of inspiration and support. For now, you can read Chicken Curry and Dear Friends (with bonus recipe!)
Myself: Oh, gee, it was SO hard to find a post where I write about myself (snort!). I mean, the whole frickin’ blog is all about ME! But I like this one because it’s not only about me, but has some advice that might be helpful to others as well: A Note for Round Yogis.
Love: I really only write about things I love — like food and my family and yoga and writing — but one thing I love that I don’t write much about is poetry. This post includes a poem that I absolutely love: God Says Yes.
Anything: I think my favorite post of all time is one I wrote back in December, when my dad first got sick. It also includes a bonus recipe. Enjoy Every Pancake!
And now: tags! I feel like I’ve tagged a lot of people on a lot of stuff lately, so I think I’ll refrain from tagging, but if you feel like doing this one, please do and please leave a link in the comments so we can all go check it out!

I can’t wait to make your crock pot chicken curry. And “round yogis” is not only helpful for round yogis, but for teachers to remember about teaching their students. Loved it…thanks for playing.
