Can you stand another meme? I can, because I’m fresh out of blogging ideas. So my thanks go out to Ladanea for tagging me for this one.
The rules are:
1. Share seven random facts about yourself, in your blog.
b. Include these rules.
3. Link back to the person who tagged you.
4. Tag seven more people and list their names & blogs. Don’t forget to leave them a comment telling them that they have been tagged.
1. I used to be known as the “Guac Master” because I made guacamole for dorm parties. My everything-but-the-kitchen-sink scrambled eggs were a popular Sunday brunch item at the dorm as well.
2. I wanted to major in anthropology but my dad, an anthropologist, warned me not to because I’d never get a job in the field. So I majored in English instead, a much more pragmatic and lucrative career move.
3. Due to an unfortunate incident involving myself, a friend and a liter of vodka over 20 years ago, I can’t drink Screwdrivers.
4. I had a poem published in a national magazine when I was 10. It was about a lonely owl.
5. My most embarrassing moment was when I performed a piano solo in the Miss Arizona competition, and forgot most of it. My second most embarrassing moment was just now, admitting to you all that I competed in the Miss Arizona pageant.
6. When I was a little girl, my imaginary friend was a bunch of invisible mice that followed me everywhere.
7. I have never had a traffic ticket of any kind.
I’ve tagged a lot of people lately, so I’m going to do something a little bit different here. Consider yourself tagged if:
1. You are wearing pink or purple socks.
2. You don’t own a car.
3. You’re happy and you know it.
4. There is an “m” anywhere in your first or last name.
5. You hate beets.
6. You talked to your mom or dad on the phone today.
7. You’ve eaten oatmeal in the past week.
Leave me a comment to let me know that you were tagged!

I’m guilty of 3 and 7, but might refrain from meme-ing for a week or so. I went overboard on them this weekend on account of NaBloodyPoMo.
I LOVE the fact that you were in the Miss Arizona contest, though I’m sad about your piano solo going awry.
